ISLAMABAD – Imran Khan, the chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former prime minister, presented himself before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday for an investigation into the National Crime Agency £190m scandal, according to sources cited by ARY News.

Accompanied by his wife, Bushra Bibi, Imran Khan appeared before NAB’s Combined Investigation Team. Sources reveal that he has been requested to provide responses to 20 inquiries related to the transfer of £190m from the United Kingdom.

Earlier, on May 18, the former prime minister was summoned in a “personal capacity” regarding the National Crime Agency £190m scandal, but he did not attend the hearing.
