Karachi, June 21, 2023 – In an exciting collaboration between Google, the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), and Tech Valley, a groundbreaking initiative has been launched to provide free IT training to the youth of Pakistan, presenting them with a remarkable opportunity to earn up to Rs. 300,000 by acquiring valuable skills.

The comprehensive training program will encompass a wide range of essential skills tailored to meet the demands of the modern world. Participants will have the chance to learn IT support, UX Design, Project Management, IT Automation, Advanced Data Analytics, Digital Marketing & E-commerce, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.

The brainchild of Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, this initiative is primarily targeted at the youth of Sindh province. The training will be conducted at the historic Governor House in Karachi, benefiting 50,000 individuals. Tessori envisions transforming Karachi into a thriving IT hub by equipping young people with cutting-edge technological knowledge, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and web 3.0.

To select participants for the training, an aptitude test will be administered at the Governor House. Tessori believes that upon completion of this training, youth will have the potential to earn approximately Rs. 300,000 to Rs. 500,000.

Esteemed IT experts Daniyal Nagori and Sir Zia will actively contribute to the training program, lending their support to Governor Tessori’s visionary initiatives.

The collaboration between Google, PITB, and Tech Valley represents a significant step forward in empowering Pakistani youth with relevant IT skills, fostering their professional growth, and opening doors to lucrative career opportunities in the digital era.
