Police, under the leadership of SSP Samba Benam Tosh, has successfully located and reunited three missing women with their families. According to a statement released, one missing young girl from Samba tehsil was found by the Samba Police in Bhaderwah, district Doda. The second missing woman, also from Samba tehsil, was recovered from the Vijaypur area, while the third missing woman, a resident of Rajpura tehsil, was also located.
The families of the missing females had reached out to the police for assistance in finding their loved ones. With the help of missing person reports filed at the relevant police stations, the police were able to track down and return the missing females to their families.
The police teams responsible for the recovery included SHO Police Station Samba Rajeshwar Singh, SHO Police Station Ghagwal Bharat Bhushan, PSI Rajat Sharma, and SI Yog Raj, supervised by Deputy SP Garu Ram Bhardwaj and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
The three separate missing reports filed at police stations in Samba and Ghagwal were successfully resolved. As per SSP Benam Tosh, Samba Police has recovered 31 missing individuals, including 23 females, over the last three months from various locations, including Kashmir, Ramban, Bhaderwah, Amritsar (Punjab), Jalandhar (Punjab), Nainital (Uttarakhand), Katra, Saidpur (Punjab), Jammu, and other locations. The missing individuals were reunited with their families following proper legal procedures. The police are sensitive and responsive to missing reports and are working diligently to resolve such matters.
